The Mentoring Programme

Growing up within a successful - and in some cases public - family brings significant opportunity, alongside a distinct set of pressures. Expectations, responsibility, and visibility can make early adult decisions more complex. The usual freedom to work things out independently, make mistakes, and find one’s own way is often more limited than it appears from the outside.
This mentoring programme provides one-to-one support for young adults during these formative years, as they navigate key transitions such as leaving education, joining a family business, or defining an independent direction.
The work focuses on building self-awareness and practical capability across areas such as decision-making, relationships, and future planning. Sessions are tailored to the individual, combining consistent support with clear developmental progression.
For those who wish to, mentees are also invited to join occasional, carefully facilitated group sessions with peers on the programme. These provide a discreet space to share perspectives, normalise common challenges, and learn from others navigating similar circumstances.
