Our Rising-Gen Programme supports siblings and cousins from multigenerational family enterprises with a tailored development journey, combining one-to-one mentoring, bespoke workshops and peer-family forums to build personal leadership, resilience and meaningful family contribution.

Built around our SOAR model, the curriculum focuses on personal, relational and systemic growth so participants develop practical skills and self-awareness whether they choose to step into the family business or pursue independent paths.

The programme explicitly strengthens communication and trust across sibling and cousin networks, offers ongoing mentorship (and psychoanalytic review where appropriate), and culminates in a keystone project. Delivered in-person or online and fully customised to each family’s context, Rising-Gen helps secure a thriving, values-driven future for both the individual and the family enterprise.
