Principal and Founder
For nearly two decades, Jessica has worked with families, advisers, and institutions, designing and delivering innovative programmes that support the development of rising-generation members within complex family enterprise systems shaped by wealth.
Her research and writing have been published in multiple books, journals, and international media outlets. Jessica founded Dallington in 2016 as the first specialist practice dedicated to supporting the Rising Generation.
